Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Recently refurbished and good-sized room with nice views onto a tropical garden. Plenty of goodies for breakfast😀

It was a comfortable stay on holidays. The stuff was extraordinarily friendly every time I needed help. The hotel was in a comfortable location, close enough to Port Douglas town center. And it was also so close to the beach which is fine a nice stroll if the weather is good, 4 mile beach and the centre of town, and Port Douglas marina. I loved the authentic cuisine served in the authentic restaurant. No complaints, the venue exceeded high expectations.

Silent hotel with nice pool. Nice and unbeatable location to the busier area, easy to get around. Based so close to port douglas and 4 mile beach, a creek in another town and restaurants. Authentic restaurant with light cuisine.

The room had air conditioning and had just been renovated with a cool Asian vibe. 🌿

The check-in was easy. the room was a nice size and well-equipped with a large comfortable bed. the beautifully maintained garden was a lovely touch. the location was central and convenient for cafes, etc.

The room had a nice view of the tropical garden and the beds were very comfortable, plus there was a great pool area.

This place is conveniently close to Four Mile Beach, the port, downtown, and the harbor, and the double room with beautiful underwater pictures was amazing.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although not very close to the town centre, it wasn't far at all and we enjoyed the walk. The swimming pool and sun terrace were lovely places to relax, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to choose from. Additionally, the room amenities such as the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities were much appreciated.

The staff here were very friendly and always had a smile on their face, I didn't want to leave and would love to come back.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are very reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with each room having its own unique theme. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The basic amenities provided are more than satisfactory, and the beds in the rooms are incredibly comfortable.

All aspects of this hotel were exceptional, nothing to improve.

The rooms here are well-equipped, themed, and have very clean beds with smoke detectors, and the venue is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions.

The employees were really nice and helpful, I'd totally stay here again. 😊
